There is a lot of rumors circulating in the internet about the
reason's behind the delayed released of SPY full MV by SUPER JUNIOR. I
will try enumerate some of them:
1. Korea Media Rating Board
"Starting on August 18th,
all music videos and teaser videos that are produced by any
entertainment company (with the exception of the making-of clips and
photos) must be first deliberately be screened by the Korean Media
Rating Board before being uploaded onto YouTube or any other portal sites on the internet."
"Request for footage evaluation can be made starting on August 13th,
and if a video is found to be uploaded onto the internet without first
being screened, those responsible can be subject to fines up to $17,000
or even 2 years of probation."
"I don't know if this announcement is applicable already for SPY MV".

2. Broadcasting Companies
Media outlets or Broadcast Companies has its own screening system for Videos.
It stated in rumors that particularly KBS is one of the hindrance.
3.Concept of the MV
In
the teaser SJ sudden changed in presenting their concept of SPY by
being James Bond, And because of bloody thing effect in the videos &
shooting guns. Due to this concept some rumors floated that it will 19+
viewers in Japanese.
Spy MV is really awesome this is new to SJ from simply dancing the so called BOX videos w/o any story's. Now
they reinvent their MV concept by being not just dancing and showing
their very synchronized choreography. But unfortunately when they
decided to change it, the censorship sudden interfering on kpop MV was
decided already.
Hopefully there will be no cut for SPY MV or I wish it will be released already with no hindrance at all.
What Elf will do in this Kind of situation are we just going to seat and watch?
